Canada Post Strike Updates

Important Notice: Shipping Delays Due to Canada Post Rotating Strikes

We would like to inform our customers that Canada Post has recently announced ongoing service disruptions as the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) transitions from a full national strike to rotating strikes beginning Saturday, October 11.

Following a complete shutdown of operations on September 25, Canada Post is now working to safely and gradually restart its national network. However, with the introduction of rotating strikes, postal service instability and delivery delays are expected to continue in the coming days.

What to Expect

  • Delivery Delays: As Canada Post resumes operations, there will be a backlog of mail and parcels that need to be processed. This will take time to clear, and delivery times may vary by region.

  • Rotating Strike Impact: Strikes will occur in different areas at different times, meaning certain regions may temporarily experience service interruptions.

  • Suspended Delivery Guarantees: Canada Post has suspended all on-time delivery guarantees until normal operations resume.

  • Parcel Security: Once an item is accepted into the Canada Post network, it remains secure but cannot be retrieved until operations in that facility resume.

Our Commitment

We are closely monitoring updates from Canada Post and will continue to ship all orders promptly. However, please understand that delivery timelines are currently beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

We will provide further updates as Canada Post releases new information.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
