Shipping & Handling

Here at Bay Vape, we ship Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. We try to ship all orders that get placed prior to 2:00 PM EST the same day. All "IN STOCK" products are shipped within 24-72 hours during the business week. Back ordered products will be shipped once they arrive. 

Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page, and a delivery estimate will be provided at checkout. For a more accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information after receiving a tracking number and once the number becomes active.

Please note that shipping carriers do not operate during the weekends and holidays.

 

  • Free Shipping in Canada with Orders Over C$75

 

We offer free Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada over C$75 (before tax and after discounts) .

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free (examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

In the event, your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (incomplete or wrong address, failure to pick up), we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier. Also, it will be subject to a minimum 5% credit card transaction fee and a $10 handling fee. Or, we can reship the order after the customer pays for the return shipping fee and the cost to reship the order. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier.


If you need your package urgently, we offer the Xpresspost and Priority options for an additional fee. Please note that once your parcel has been shipped, we cannot refund the additional shipping fee.

Proof of Age Required

We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your province or territory) option on every single package, with no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, the signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Please be advised that since the pandemic, Canada Post is no longer checking ID at your door in person. Instead, you will need to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office and finish the age check there.


Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else.

Please do not place an order if you are not of age in your province of residence.

 


Order Processing

We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (including Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you have received a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order has been processed for shipment, but it is not picked up by Canada Post until the next business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Typically, in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will go out the same day. Delivery will depend on the carrier.


For all orders with a billing name and address different to the shipping name and address, the customer must provide an ID that matches the billing name and  address upon request via email. If failed to provide the requested ID, order(s) will be cancelled and refunded. When submitting ID for verification, please ensure the date of birth is readable.

 

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that Canada Post does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Canadian holidays.
 

Tracking

Tracking numbers, if they are available, are automatically generated when we create your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number is then sent to the email address you provided. 

Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number.

You may also find and view all tracking information directly by logging in to " My Account ".

Customers can track their packages using http://www.canadapost.ca.

It may take up to one business day to view your tracking number.
 

Lost & Undelivered Packages

All miss-delivered, stolen or damaged parcel claims must be reported back to us within 90 days from the date that parcels were shipped out.

 

Bay Vape is not responsible for delayed, miss-delivered or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by Canada Post or any other delivery agents, it is under the sole care and control of Canada Post, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Canada Post.

 

Bay Vape is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded after deducting a minimum 5% credit card transaction fee, a $10 handling fee, the original shipment cost (even if it was free shipping to you)and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier. Or, the package can be reshipped after the customer has paid for the return shipping fee and the cost to reship the order. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier.
