Returns & Exchange

Returns are accepted on products that are verified as Dead on Arrival (DOA) only. That means the products received were not functioning brand new out of the box. 

 

All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem.

 

If you would like to submit a request for refund or replacement, please contact us by email at sales@bayvape.ca. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASON(S) for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, defective hardware must be shipped back to us at your expense in the manufacturer's original packaging. We will test the defective part and if confirmed defective, we will ship the replacement part and refund the shipping cost (an amount equal to our standard shipping cost to your location).

 

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, pods/cartridges, coils, atomizers/tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, disposable pod systems, rechargeable batteries, etc).

 

Regarding age restrictions, we utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or territory) option on every single package, no exceptions. Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund. 

 

Refund Process

Refund may be issued back to the original payment (credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points. Bay Vape is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.

We cannot refund Interac e-Transfers! You will only get store credit in these instances.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled after the shipping labels have been printed. If you attempt to cancel an order before a shipping label has been printed, it will be subject to a minimum 5% credit card transaction fee and a $10 handling fee. In some cases, such as confirmed underage purchases or refusing to prove your age with requested photo ID, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please see our TERMS OF SERVICE for more information.

NOTE: You cannot cancel your order once it has been submitted unless you first provide 2 pieces of government-issued photo ID by email or otherwise. BAYVAPE.CA must confirm that you are cancelling simply because of a change of heart, and not because you are an under-aged person, who illegally made a purchase on BAYVAPE.CA and fraudulently entered into a sales contract under false pretenses after verifying their age as “Legal Smoking ” upon entering the site.
